Small Occasions start from AED 2,500.
Day-of Coordination starts from AED 4,900.
Partial Planning starts from AED 12,000.
Full Planning starts from AED 20,000 or 10–12% of the wedding budget.
The planning fee is not the event budget
Zaina’s fee covers the planning or coordination scope in the written quote. Venue, catering, decor, photography and entertainment remain separate vendor invoices. Keeping those numbers apart makes comparisons fair and prevents confusion between planning fees and production costs.
